Please make note of the following important TERMS & CONDITIONS when booking Mint Makeup and Beauty. Please read these User Terms carefully as they are a legal document and, on your booking, you agree to be bound by these User Terms.

* It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions, including all payments are made by specified dates.

Allergies and Illness

Mint Makeup and Beauty or any artist working with them is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to notify Mint Makeup and Beauty if you have particular hypersensitivity that you are aware of. Should you bring your own product that you are familiar with, the stylist would be happy to use the product. Please note that Mint Makeup and Beauty cannot work on clients, who are contagiously ill. Services will be refused at our discretion. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any illnesses and allergies, prior to appointment.

We also work in line with all COVID safe protocols following the current government advice.


Please note that all prices are subject to change. Notice will be given of any future changes. Public holidays and starts earlier than 7:00am, incur a 10% charge.

Booking Fee

Booking will be subject to availability – please contact Mint Makeup and Beauty to confirm availability. Upon the original booking of your service, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 20%. Weddings and photo shoots will require a $100 deposit, which is deducted from total payable on the day. The deposit will not be refundable, however, if upon availability, you reschedule, it will be transferred to your new appointment.

Bridal Trials

You are required to pay the full amount for their wedding trial on the day. 24 hours’ notice must be given if you wish to miss, cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may mean you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.


The person(s) scheduling the appointment will be responsible for full payment of all services. Payments for the makeup and hair services taking place on the day, can be paid in advance up to 7 days prior to the booked date, or on the day, by direct deposit or cash. Please let Mint Makeup and Beauty knows your preferred method when booking.


Mint Makeup and Beauty does not offer refunds for any completed services; therefore if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to notify the stylist whilst they are on location. All discussions regarding refunds/discounts will be entered into on a case-by-case basis.


You are asked kindly to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation of any wedding day booking by you must be given in writing, by email and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this.

The following cancellation fees apply if the booking is cancelled by you.

Up to 3 months prior to the date – None

3 months – 2 weeks prior to the date – 50% of the booked amount quoted on your booking confirmation form.

2 week’s prior to the day and under – 100% of the booked amount quoted on your booking confirmation form.

In the event that Mint Makeup and Beauty cancel your booking, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will find you a suitable replacement. If no replacement can be found, a full refund (minus any trial payments if applicable) will be issued.


Time management is of the essence, therefore adherence to appointment times is critical in ensuring that Mint Makeup and Beauty delivers the service you expect. Therefore when making appointment times, please note that these times will be strictly adhered to. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, the onus is on the client to advise Mint Makeup and Beauty as soon as practicable. Mint Makeup and Beauty is not responsible if desired completion time is not met due to wedding party delays etc.

Travel/Parking Fees

A travel fee may be incurred depending on distance required to travel and if any tollways occur. In the event that any hotel/motel and parking fees are incurred as result of the location of the appointment, these will be passed on to the client.

Extra people wanting styling

If any additional people require styling on the day, but do not have an appointment,  payment can be made with cash on the day. Please give stylists as much notice as possible.
